This app was originally built to provide Traditional Chinese support when the OS did not support it. However, as of iOS 4.2, the Traditional Chinese input is now natively supported with the following input methods: Zhuyin, Cangjie, handwriting, and strokes. Please just go to settings and add international keyboards for these input methods. The app will remain online for users who prefer to enter Traditional Chinese using Pinyin (which Apple doesn't support). - If you are not logged-in the iOS appstore app, you'll be prompted for your your Apple ID and/or password.
- After Chinese Input is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
